Oracle EBS Developer

Collins Consulting, Inc Washington, DC (Onsite) Contractor

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. This is a hybrid position and will need to be onsite 2 days a week.

Statement of Work:
Contractor will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Task Description:
This position will be part of the Oracle EBS on OCI implementation project. The resource will be an Oracle EBS developer, responsible for the technical design, build, and unit test for the ERP solution (RICEWs).

Required skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience on an Oracle EBS implementation project, specifically related to Oracle EBS 12.x and the following modules: Purchasing, Sourcing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Experience providing design, development and support knowledge of RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow) in Oracle EBS
  • Experience in Technical Design of custom Oracle EBS RICE objects to develop objects, unit testing and supporting break/fix efforts from test execution
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good analysis and communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have skills:
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Federal Financials
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Application Framework
  • Experience working with Confluence and Jira
