This is an 100% onsite position.
Monday through Thursday will require business attire. Friday is jeans day.
Looking for two contractors.
One candidate will focus on 1st garnishment EXP, creating tickets using Zendesk.
2nd candidate- assist with taxes, logins to spreadsheet, research miscellaneous tax items, W4 submissions -payroll tax knowledge
Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc.
Is also responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc.
Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.
Top 3 skills- organization, multi-tasking, and specifications in garnishment knowledge and tax knowledge
Soft skills- Excel a must VLOOKUPs, pivot tables
Stand out candidate-working in office setting, friendly, professional
Years of EXPERIENCE- open at least a couple of years of experience- payroll EXP
Certification a plus, bachelors not required- Associates accepted
HS diploma required.
