PACAF Workflow Consultant
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance. This is an onsite position.
Position Description
This position supports the PACAF Air Force Civil Engineers (PACAF/A4C) front office through onsite, classified and unclassified, administrative support. The Workflow contractor will provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes), and will oversee workflow of products in the Task Manager Tool (TMT) including reviewing for completeness, assigning work products to appropriate Action Officers, monitoring suspense dates, and discussing tasks with leadership as appropriate.
Required Skills
1) Minimum of Bachelor s Degree (required)
2) Ability to support in-person at client site (JBPHH) 5 days a week in Honolulu, Hawaii
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (1+ years)
4) Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster client relationships (1+ years)
5) Ability to organize and digest complex technical processes to help determine how said processes impact larger strategy (1+ years)
6) Ability to operate within and contribute to meetings, independently
7) Active DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Skills - with years of experience needed
1) Experience in Task Manager Tool (TMT)
2) Awareness of Air Force or similar DoD client environment
3) Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders (1+ years)
4) Analytical, communication, problem solving, and time management skills (1+ years)
Provide primary job duties:
- Lead Task Management: Serve as the primary lead for managing NIPR and SIPR tasks using TMT/ETMS2 or the current task tracking system. (60%)
- Administrative Oversight: Provide task and suspense management, ensure quality control of task responses, validate accuracy and format, and coordinate task processing across PACAF and external offices. (10%)
- Cross-Division Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among Action Officers and Divisions, and coordinate with partner workflows including SAF, HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, S4O, and MAJCOM for task extensions and updates. (10%)
- Workflow and Communication Support: Assist with EMRS development and coordination for organizations without TMT/ETMS2 access; manage the PACAF workflow inbox to distribute and track task responses. (10%)
- Ad Hoc Client Support: Handle various client requests such as collecting read-aheads, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, reserving rooms, and processing visit requests. (10%)
